Great place to come for an escape room. Staff were great and friendly . Lift wasn’t working so 2 flight of stairs to get there. The escape room aren’t that big so no more than 4 in a room. We failed our room and spent an 1 hour in there. The clues were very cryptic. It was fun and all I can say is look for the obvious. Some people came all dressed up in costumes. It’s a fun hour but felt it was quite expensive. When we finished they took us to a room and showed us what we had missed. I wasn’t allowed to take photos. Yes I would go again on a special occasion in one of the other escape themes .

Really fun and a really cool setup. Loved every minute and everyone was really friendly. We did the Parallax and it really tested the mind.

Poor and appalling customer service. We tried to ring very much in advance saying we were going to be 10 minutes late, after trying to ring twice, they didn't pick up the phone. They then rang us later saying if we didn't get there within 3 minutes then we couldn't do the room at all. After sprinting across Bristol centre on my own, they then preceded to tell me as my friends weren't there that I had to start the room on my own. On their website its states that if your late they will accommodate, this is not true even though we tried to give very advanced warning. The actual escape room was good but the customer service ruined our day

Brilliant evening here for my birthday. Staff were great and really enthusiastic, we can’t wait to come back and do more rooms. Best escape room experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend

Went with some family and did the Wallace and Gromit room as we are all big fans of the series and it didn’t disappoint. Challenging puzzles, a very well designed room and fun and friendly staff. We will definitely be returning.

Had a great time here with friends and we managed to get out. Great fun activity and the room is jammed packed with different puzzles and problem solving exercises.

Loved, loved, loved this experience! We were a group of 9 so we split into two and competed against each other doing the exact same room at the same time, the Wallace and Gromit room. It was my six year old's birthday and she declared it "best birthday ever!". It was great to play for all ages, the whole team contributed to the different clues. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bathrooms are single stalls, mixed gender.

One of the best escape room experiences that I’ve been on! We went as a group of six and tried the most difficult room, which was challenging but not impossible between all of us. The staff were friendly, the hints didn’t give the game away, and the experience felt properly immersive. Really impressed with the quality of the location and the game. Looking forward to going back again in the future for a new challenge!
